FHI 360 is seeking applications for a Director for Finance and Operations for an anticipated five-year HIV prevention, care and treatment program in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The project is focused on scaling up HIV/AIDS services including testing, pre-exposure prophylaxis, enrollment in care and support for HIV-positive patients, and antiretroviral treatment of HIV-positive patients. The project will be implemented in five urban health zones in Haut-Katanga province.

The Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) is responsible for supporting the Chief of Party in staff, operational, and financial management. In close coordination with the Chief of Party (COP), the DFO will oversee administrative, operational, finance and grants teams and be responsible for effective utilization of resources including staff with a diverse range of capabilities. The DFO will provide operational leadership for financial management, efficient procurement and logistical services, contracts and grants, asset management, ICT, general administration, and will lead efforts to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations as well as timely and effective delivery of program activities. Recruitment is contingent upon successful award of the project and the selection of the final applicant is subject to USAID approval.
