We are currently seeking qualified Deputy Chief of Party candidates to be proposed on an anticipated new activity in Colombia to address decentralization efforts, public financial management, and other responsive governance objectives across the country in key target geographies. This project is anticipated to last five years, between 2025-2029.

Availability of position is contingent upon award to FHI 360. Selection of final applicant is subject to USAID approval.

Job Summary:

The Deputy Chief of Party will report to the Chief of Party (COP) and assist them with the management and implementation of the project and coordination of technical, administrative and reporting functions. In select instances, and in consultation with project leadership, the DCOP will represent the project when the COP is unavailable. S/he will provide key day-to-day oversight of project operations and will oversee a team of senior finance and administrative staff to ensure that activities are implemented on schedule and within budget. The successful DCOP candidate will have strong project management credentials, demonstrable technical skills, and previous experience in meeting the legal, administrative, financial, operational and technical requirements of USAID.
