It is the only development agency that is fully dedicated to supporting the internationalization of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) ITC's mission is to foster inclusive and sustainable economic development and contribute to achieving the United Nations Global Goals for Sustainable Development. ITC is implementing the EU-funded โ€˜Growth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progressโ€™ (GRASP) project which aims to contribute to the reduction of poverty through the development of rural MSMEs in selected districts within two provinces of Pakistan: Balochistan and Sindh. GRASP will focus on selected product lines within livestock and horticulture. GRASP will take a holistic approach to build MSME competitiveness in agribusiness value chains starting from a deep understanding of markets and working back through the value chain to enable MSMEs and ultimately producers to create and capture additional value. To do this, GRASP will implement three outputs as under: ๏ถ Output 1: (Policy & regulations) Improved institutional framework and capacities of provincial government departments on SME development and competitiveness ๏ถ Output 2: (Productivity, quality, and value addition) Strengthened capacities of men- and women-run SMEs and their Business Intermediary Organizations (BIOs) in selected value chains, on primary production and quality and value addition, including climate smart agriculture and food safety compliance ๏ถ Output 3: (Market linkages) Enhanced capacities of commercially operating SMEs, particularly women owned, and farmer organizations in agribusiness management and marketing ๏ถ Output 4: (Finance) Increased access to finance for the target SMEs, with a focus on environmentally sustainable technologies About the Project โ€œGrowth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progress (GRASP)โ€: GRASP is a six-year project designed to reduce poverty in Pakistan by strengthening small-scale Agribusinesses in two provinces: Balochistan and Sindh. GRASP is implemented by the International Trade Centre with active participation from local partners. The project is funded by the delegation of the European Union to Pakistan with a budget of up to $48,000,000. GRASP will run from 2019โ€“2025. Context: The GRASP Project ensures the preparation and dissemination of comprehensive reports for donors and external stakeholders, including provincial and national steering committees, partner government agencies, and the public. Reporting materials are disseminated through ITC's official platforms, including its website and social media channels. The Data & Knowledge Management Consultant, will ensure accurate and timely corporate reporting, assist in compiling and refining the Annual Report, and coordinate the organization and submission of training data to the ITC Training Portal ensuring data completeness and compliance with reporting requirements. Description of Duties/Responsibilities The Data & Knowledge Management Consultant will report directly to the M&E and will be responsible for managing and organizing training data by gathering, validating, and uploading it to the ITC Training Portal, ensuring its accuracy and timely updates. The role also involves contributing to the Annual Report 2025 by organizing Means of Verification (MOVs), summarizing key achievements, and ensuring the Results table accurately reflects the latest project data. Additionally, the Assistant will review monthly progress reports (September-December 2025) and consolidate data from monthly reports, finalize the NPP report for Quarter 3 and 4, and ensure its completeness and compliance with reporting standards. These efforts will result in well-organized training data, a comprehensive Annual Report, and an accurate NPP reports that reflects project outcomes. Output-1: Updated and a comprehensive reporting of GRASP Q3 and Q4 training activities for corporate reporting on ITC event portal (October 2025 and December 2025) โ— Collect training related information- such as participant lists, event specifics, and session summaries from relevant sources, ensuring the data is complete and accurate. โ— Examine training data to identify key insights and emerging patterns. โ— Verify and cross-check training data to ensure compliance with ITC training portal. โ— Develop detailed reports that consolidate information from events and training activities โ— Enter training data into the ITC training Portal, maintaining accuracy and ensuring updates are made promptly. Output-2: Support Results table of the logframe updated and consistent with MOV available for the compilation of the Final Report (November 2025) โ— Compile and organize Means of Verification (MOVs) according to the revised Log frame, โ— Ensuring alignment with updated indicators. โ— Prepare summaries or highlights of key MOVs to be included in Chapter 4, showcasing major โ— Guarantee timely completion of all necessary updates to the Results Table in compliance with reporting requirements โ— Support the M&E Lead in finalizing the Results table for the Annual Report, ensuring clarity and alignment with overall project results. Output-3: Completed data and narrative submission for ITC corporate reporting for Q3 and Q4 on the NPP, ensuring accurate consolidation, thorough review, and timely submission (October and December 2025) โ— Collect and compile data from monthly reports for the specified reporting period. โ— Collaborate with stakeholders to address any gaps or inconsistencies in the data. โ— Review the consolidated data to ensure it is accurate, complete, and aligns with the required reporting standards. โ— Finalize the NPP report, ensuring that all necessary data points are included and correctly formatted. โ— Submit the finalized NPP report to the M&E lead within the agreed deadline. By the end of each month, the Consultant will provide a 2-3 pages monthly report, which will include activities performed against the three areas of responsibility above, outlining any major obstacles reported, risks to be addressed and opportunities noted. Copyright The Consultant has to ensure that s/he has obtained the necessary permissions with regard to intellectual property rights required to perform his/her services under this consultancy contract and for the subsequent dissemination by ITC in any form. S/he has further to ensure to obtain accreditation to event(s), if required. Qualifications/special skillsPostgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA, PHD or other) Graduate BA/BSc in relevant field. Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree Experience data collection, management, data analysis and reporting. Understanding of rural agriculture enterprises would be an asset Skills: Experience in data collection from remote teams. Ability to coordinate on targets and tasks from individuals and teams.
