Project Context and Scope
Dans ce cadre, l’OIM en partenariat avec le Gouvernement mauritanien met en œuvre le projet « Favoriser l’inclusion des Migrants dans le système de protection sociale » financé par le Fonds de l’OIM pour le developpement. A travers ce projet, deux objectifs sont principalement visés : 

Presenter le rapport des ateliers de dissemination organise à Nouakchott et à Nouadhibou. Ces évènements pourront se decliner en series d'atelier avec les syndicats et les organisations de la société civile - Rapport de dissémination  Presenter les rapports des ateliers de renforcement de capacités des institutions en matière de gestion de la protection sociale et inclusive ainsi que les rapports des reunions multipartites - Liste des participants, rapport d'atelier, rapport de reunion multipartites  Education Diplôme universitaire (niveau master au minimum) en sociologie, migration et protection sociale  Experience (5) années d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la protection sociale et migration. Skills Bonne connaissance du contexte de la protection sociale mauritanien  Être familiariser avec les questions liées à la protection sociale, migration  Des certifications dans le domaine de la protection sociale et de la migration sont considérées comme un atout ; Bonne capacité d’analyse, synthèse et rédaction en français ;   Avoir l’esprit d’équipe et être apte à travailler de manière indépendante ;   Une expérience de travail avec des organisations internationales est un avantage ;  Le/la consultant(e) devra être basé(e) en Mauritanie. Languages Excellente maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit est requise,  La connaissance de l'arabe et d'au moins d'une langue locale est souhaitée   IOM’s official languages are English, French and Spanish.
