Open to internal candidates and previous IOM employees
- Prepare paperwork for payment of staff salaries. Ensure that all the required support documentation is in place.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations with Finances Unit.
- Periodically reconcile payment of Casual workers with the Program Manager and submit to Finance for Vendor clearing.
- Periodically do a CCCM Stock-check at IOM Warehouse to ensure the all the Materials Goods, and Assets are up to date as well as in the Database.
- Ensure all Liquidation for all the requested expenses related to CCCM Program.
- Liaise with Procurement Unit, to ensure all the Purchased Materials and Goods are delivered in a timely manner.
- Prepare and follow ups of Issued Request for Payment Requests, Purchase Requests, Cash Advances, TRs and DSAs for staff as well as non-IOM staff to ensure the payment and service delivery is made in timely manner.
- Support the Programme Manager in periodically monitoring donor budgets.
- Participate in field work when called upon to do so in tasks such as assessments, payments to vendors and and following onย contractors among others.
- Actively participate in handling administrative tasks related to workshops and training.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
. Education
- High School diploma with three years of relevant professional experience, or
- Bachelorโs degree inย Business administration, Social Science or Behavioural Sciences degree or equivalentย with one year of relevant professional experienceย
- Relevant administrative or humanitarian trainings advantageous Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database. ย Experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of, and experience in project administration.ย
- A minimum 3 years experience in humanitarian work or the development sectors.ย
- Previous experience in experience in camp management related work advantageous.
- Ability to establish priorities and undertake assigned tasks with minimum supervision.ย
- Good drafting ability and communication skills, both oral and written to produce reports in English and Portuguese.
