As a CashCap Expert, you'll work inter-agency, supporting coordination structures, collaborative platforms, and engaging with Red Cross movement actors or state actors globally to achieve collective goals.

Your role will contribute to policy development, training, and monitoring mechanisms, fostering long-term impact.

Skills and Capabilities: We value your minimum 7 years of professional humanitarian experience, proficiency in English (knowledge of French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian is a plus), and proven CVA technical expertise. Your interpersonal skills, effective communication, and ability to thrive in stressful situations are crucial. Desirable qualities include experience with the Red Cross/Red Crescent Societies, operational background in adaptive social protection, and proficiency in additional languages.
