Role and responsibilities

The Information Management Officer will serve as the technical lead on the Information Management setup in Tawila AO. This role will oversee the IM system's efficiency, reliability, and accountability, manage resources, and closely collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning team.

Generic responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with NRC and donor project methodologies, tools, handbooks, guidelines, and standards relevant to Cash and Markets programming.

Ensure compliance with Emergency Response strategy, tools, handbooks, guidelines and standards

In collaboration and support of Emergency Response PM, develop and maintain an efficient, reliable, and accountable Information Management (IM) system specifically designed for different Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) responses in North Darfur.

Provide specific technical analysis and feedback to NRC representatives in coordination forums

Assess, promote and document ideas for technical improvement and further program development options

Ensure that projects target project participants most in need and explore and asses new and better ways to assist.
