Purpose of the position:
The purpose of this internship is to offer experience to the incumbent in IT campus support-related technologies and activities.
The incumbent will have the opportunity to learn about and assist in one or more technical areas, including:
IT hardware troubleshooting Campus support IT Automation and DevelopmentOrganizational Setting and Reporting:
Interns work 5 days per week (37.5 hours) under the supervision of designated team leader within the Business Solutions Section (OPB) and will be provided guidance and support to perform the responsibilities mentioned below.

To qualify for this internship, applicants must be currently enrolled in a University programme (final year of a Masterโs degree or equivalent) specializing in areas that are relevant to UNICCโs line of business such as Computer Science, Telecommunications, Customer Support or related areas, or must have graduated in the last 6 months.
Requirements โ Work Experience:
Applicants are not required to have professional work experience to participate in the UNICCโs internship program, but applicants should have the following functional and technical skills:
Basic Hardware and Software knowledge Software and tools developmentLanguage(s):
Good level of English is required (verbal and written). Knowledge of the local language of the Duty Station will be an advantage.Other Information
