Conduct periodic reviews of service contracts and personnel roles; monitor and validate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure they align with evolving service requirements, updating and adjusting them to lead delivery improvements; and facilitate productive operational discussions with third-party providers. Oversee the operations of IT workplace support and IT service request management,. Services include IT onboarding and offboarding of staff, mobile/roaming facilities, productivity software requirements, deployment of equipment, access management and password reset, event management, videoconferencing and meeting room services. Handle escalations and service recovery efforts. Oversee and maintain the end-to-end service catalog by ensuring entries are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. This includes collaborating with IT teams and external service providers to reflect current offerings, keeping the service portal user-centric, and reviewing catalog content to accommodate evolving user and organizational requirements. Develop user-centric service descriptions of the IT service catalog and produce communication materials to promote awareness of available services. Additionally, collaborate with other process owners to ensure that the service catalog management is integrated with broader IT service strategies and aligned with business needs. Conduct quality audits of IT service operations, analyzing performance trends, identifying areas of inefficiency, and opportunities for process improvements, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with the Change, Communications, and Capability Team to create communication strategies for IT services and enhancements; ensure all user communications are clear, accurate, and current, setting appropriate user expectations and promoting digitalization. Work with other teams in the division to develop and implement internal governance processes, including reporting, divisional workplan preparation, progress monitoring, and tracking of accomplishments, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.

Qualifications

You will need:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field At least 5 years work experience in IT Service Management, with emphasis on Service Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog Management, and IT Asset Management ITIL Foundation Certification is highly preferred Expertise in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Remedy, and Jira Experience managing Service Catalogs, specifically within ServiceNow Excellent stakeholder management skills, promoting collaboration with teams Experience driving process innovations and improvements Organizational and prioritization abilities, ensuring high-quality delivery Experience in strategic planning for future end-user IT requirements Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving Written and verbal proficiency in English Please refer to the link for ADB Competency Framework for Technical Local Staff grade 4
