OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:
Brindar apoyo t茅cnico y operativo en la implementaci贸n de servicios agroclim谩ticos para facilitar el empoderamiento de peque帽os agricultores, asegurando la recepci贸n y uso efectivo de informaci贸n clim谩tica para mejorar la planificaci贸n agr铆cola y la resiliencia ante eventos clim谩ticos extremos.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
Implementaci贸n de Actividades Agroclim谩ticas:
- Apoyar la ejecuci贸n de actividades relacionadas con la difusi贸n de servicios agroclim谩ticos en comunidades beneficiarias.
- Acompa帽ar a productores en la interpretaci贸n y aplicaci贸n de informaci贸n clim谩tica para la planificaci贸n de ciclos agr铆colas.
Capacitaci贸n y Asistencia T茅cnica:
- Brindar capacitaciones en servicios clim谩ticos y metodolog铆as participativas.
- Realizar talleres y sesiones t茅cnicas para agricultores sobre uso de pron贸sticos clim谩ticos y buenas pr谩cticas agr铆colas adaptativas.
Seguimiento:
- Realizar visitas de campo para monitorear la aplicaci贸n de informaci贸n agroclim谩tica y brindar retroalimentaci贸n a los productores.
- Participar en la recolecci贸n y an谩lisis de datos sobre adopci贸n de informaci贸n clim谩tica y mejoras en la planificaci贸n.
Articulaci贸n y Coordinaci贸n:
- Coordinar con instituciones meteorol贸gicas nacionales y actores locales para la entrega de informaci贸n clim谩tica.
- Apoyar en la organizaci贸n y facilitaci贸n de Mesas Agroclim谩ticas Municipales o regionales.
Reportes y Documentaci贸n:
- Preparar informes peri贸dicos sobre los avances y resultados de las actividades implementadas.
- Sistematizar buenas pr谩cticas, lecciones aprendidas y experiencias exitosas.
- Realizar otras actividades que sean delegadas dentro del contexto de trabajo.
CALIFICACIONES Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA:
Educaci贸n:
- T铆tulo T茅cnico o Universitario en pre-grado de Agronom铆a, Ciencias Ambientales, Desarrollo Rural, Meteorolog铆a, o carreras afines.
Experiencia:
- Al menos 5 a帽os de experiencia en implementaci贸n de proyectos relacionados con servicios agroclim谩ticos, seguridad alimentaria, cambio clim谩tico o desarrollo rural.
- Experiencia en trabajo directo con peque帽os agricultores y comunidades rurales.
- Experiencia en la integraci贸n de enfoques de g茅nero y protecci贸n en proyectos de desarrollo rural o clim谩tico.
- Experiencia en facilitaci贸n de capacitaciones y talleres comunitarios.
Competencias y Habilidades:
- Conocimiento en metodolog铆as participativas como PICSA u otras relacionadas con servicios clim谩ticos.
- Habilidad para interpretar pron贸sticos clim谩ticos y comunicarlos de manera clara y accesible.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales de recolecci贸n y an谩lisis de datos.
- Manejo de software como Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y herramientas digitales de comunicaci贸n.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y coordinaci贸n con actores locales.
- Habilidades de comunicaci贸n efectiva.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presi贸n y cumplir plazos.
- Sensibilidad intercultural y habilidades para el trabajo con poblaciones vulnerables.
- Conducci贸n de veh铆culos 4X4 y licencia vigente.
- Proactividad y orientaci贸n a resultados.
Deseables:
- Deseable el conocimiento del sistema de las Naciones Unidas, incluidos los mandatos relacionados con el g茅nero.
Idiomas:
- Dominio escrito y hablado del idioma espa帽ol (Nivel C) y deseable un nivel laboral del idioma ingl茅s (Nivel B1).
