CONTEXTO ORGANIZATIVO:
Los titulares del puesto rinden cuentas al Oficial de Polรญticas relativas a los Programas o a la persona designada a tal efecto. En este nivel, los titulares se encargan de llevar a tรฉrmino una serie de actividades y procesos especializados y/o estandarizados que requieren un cierto nivel de interpretaciรณn de las directrices y prรกcticas estรกndar. Ademรกs, pueden recomendar una determinada lรญnea de acciรณn a funcionarios de diversos niveles y asignar tareas a otros funcionarios de apoyo. Trabajan con un nivel mรญnimo de supervisiรณn, realizan anรกlisis bรกsicos y compilan informes para sostener la coherencia de la informaciรณn y una ejecuciรณn sin tropiezos de los programas y proyectos.
Este puesto estรก basado en la Unidad de Programas de la Oficina Central de WFP Honduras en Tegucigalpa, y reporta al Jefe de Programas.
FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO:
Realizar actividades y procesos especializados y/o estandarizados relacionados con las polรญticas y los programas en apoyo del suministro efectivo de conjuntos de medidas de asistencia.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva):
- Realizar actividades y procesos especializados y/o estandarizados dentro de la esfera tรฉcnica de actividad de que se trate, respaldando la armonizaciรณn con las polรญticas y las directrices mรกs generales en materia de programas.
- Proporcionar apoyo a la gestiรณn de proyectos y/o apoyo de oficina general teniendo en cuenta las metas establecidas y aplicando las polรญticas y procedimientos del PMA.
- En el marco de su esfera especรญfica de responsabilidad, recopilar datos y prestar apoyo al anรกlisis y la elaboraciรณn de informes (p. ej., sobre las necesidades de asistencia alimentaria, la utilizaciรณn de recursos, la marcha de los programas o las realizaciones) con el fin de sostener la toma de decisiones operacionales.
- Realizar una labor minuciosa y oportuna de registro de datos en el marco de la esfera tรฉcnica de actividad de que se trate (p. ej., el anรกlisis de la seguridad alimentaria y la vulnerabilidad), aplicando las normas y directrices institucionales.
- Trabajar e intercambiar informaciรณn con sus homรณlogos internos para respaldar la colaboraciรณn y la implementaciรณn y seguimiento eficaces de las actividades de los proyectos en curso.
- Prestar apoyo a las actividades de comunicaciรณn con los asociados, los organismos, las ONG y las instituciones pรบblicas a nivel local.
- Servir de punto de contacto para la resoluciรณn de consultas generales sobre las operaciones y, de ser necesario, solicitar ayuda.
- Seguir las prรกcticas estรกndar de preparaciรณn en emergencias para estar seguro de que el PMA estรฉ en condiciones de responder rรกpidamente y enviar los recursos necesarios a las zonas damnificadas al comienzo de una crisis.
CUALIFICACIONES ACADรMICAS ESTรNDAR MรNIMAS:
Formaciรณn:
- Finalizaciรณn del ciclo de educaciรณn secundaria. Se valorarรก la presentaciรณn de un certificado de educaciรณn postsecundaria en administraciรณn, contadurรญa, economรญa, informรกtica, sociologรญa, seguridad alimentaria o afines.
Idiomas:
- Dominio, hablado y escrito del idioma espaรฑol y conocimiento a nivel laboral de idioma inglรฉs.
COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES:
- Conocimiento del ciclo de proyecto de desarrollo.
- Conocimiento de รกmbitos especializados (administrativos, contables, seguridad alimentaria).
- Manejo de MSOffice.
- Conocimiento en temas estratรฉgicos en materia de polรญticas con gobierno.
- Cinco aรฑos de experiencia laboral demostrada en puestos y/o actividades similares.
EXPERIENCIA DESEABLE PARA DESEMPEรAR ESTA FUNCIรN:
- Ha facilitado la comunicaciรณn con los equipos tรฉcnicos.
- Ha contribuido a la implementaciรณn de programas.
- Ha asistido a debates de polรญtica como observador, o ha ayudado a organizarlos.
