Project Context and Scope ย The International Organization for Migration is assisting the Government of Uzbekistan in supporting safe and orderly migration from Uzbekistan to designated countries through services of preparation, capacity-building, and reintegration. Tasks to be performed under this contract โ under the direct supervision of the National Project Manager and overall coordination from the Chief of Mission (CoM):
Experience/skills required:
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the fields of migration, reintegration, or financial inclusion. Experience in working with migrant populations, including returnees, and a solid understanding of their reintegration needs. Extensive knowledge of the labour migration context in Uzbekistan, including policy frameworks and institutional stakeholders. Strong skills in data collection, verification, analysis, and reporting using quantitative and qualitative methods. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain M&E databases or dashboards and ensure data quality assurance. Prior involvement in evaluating business proposals, income-generating activities, or skills development programs is an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders, including government, donors, and project beneficiaries. Proficiency in writing clear and concise reports and presenting M&E results to both technical and non-technical audiences.Languages:
Fluency in spoken and written Uzbek and English is required. Knowledge of Russian is preferred IOMโs official languages are English, French and Spanish.
