Your team
Within the Aviation Transformation Directorate, the Office of the Director supports the Director of ATD in both strategic and day-to-day management of the Directorate. It provides advice across multiple domains, oversees resource planning and monitoring, coordinates the execution of the Work Programme and Business Planning, and supports the implementation of project management methodologies for staff and budget planning.
Your role
Your role will be to:
- Understand programme activities and contribute to initiatives to further improve the support to and coordination of work programmes and business planning.
Required qualifications, experience & competencies
Post-secondary education and professional experience of 5 years or completed university studies of 3 years and appropriate professional experience of 3 years. Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment. Experience in project or programme management support (e.g. planning, tracking and monitoring activities). Experience in reporting. Experience or understanding in financial aspects related to project management activities. Experience in the use of Office applications, in particular advanced expertise in MS Excel is a must. Understanding of macro/programming is required, experience in this area would be an advantage. The following would be considered an asset: Understanding of the European Union's tender bidding and related project management processes. Knowledge of PowerBI. Drafting skills (English).
