โUnder the overall supervision of the Field Coordinator, direct supervision of the Local Field Coordinator, and in coordination with the Migration and Integration National Officer, the Field Operation Assistant will be responsible for all tasks and responsibilities related to Socioeconomic Inclusion, these are:
- โโProvide general/clerical assistance in the implementation of project activities.ย
- โRetrieve, compile, summarize, and present information/data on specific project topics.ย
- โAssist in monitoring budget and updating budget related information.ย ย ย
- โSupport administrative coordination for project implementation, involving liaison with diverse organizational units or external parties to initiate requests, obtain necessary clearances, process, and follow-up on administrative actions. ย
- โDraft status reports, correspondence, briefing notes, graphics, statistical tables, presentations, โand other forms of documentation.ย
- โSupport the organization of meetings, workshops and training sessions. ย
- โRespond to general information requests and inquiries; set up and maintain files/records.ย ย
- โPerform other related duties as assigned.โย Education
- โโโSchool diploma with three years of relevant experience; or,
- โBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing and Sales, Economy, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution with one year of relevant professional experience.Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.ย Experience
- โโExperience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations;
- โExperience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups; and,
- โPrior to work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantageLanguages
- For this position, fluency in โSpanishโ is required (oral and written).
