Knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools; Solid knowledge of the Ecuadorian Construction Standards (NEC - Norma Ecuatoriana de la Construcciรณn) and current municipal building regulations; Knowledge of universal accessibility regulations, inclusive design principles, and disability inclusion standards (NTE INEN); Familiarity with climate-resilient architecture and seismic risk-informed design for the Ecuadorian context;ย Knowledge of protection standards and environmental safeguards in community infrastructure Ability to incorporate gender-sensitive design principles in architectural projects; Ability to apply participatory methodologies and inclusive community design; Analytical capacity to interpret community needs and translate them into architectural solutions Languages
