In support of that mission, the Corporate Partnerships Team manages Mercy Corps’ relationships with major US companies by raising unrestricted revenue, co-creating strategically restricted grants and elevating Mercy Corps’ brand profile. We set bold agency-wide strategies, develop and manage relationships with corporate partners, and advance Mercy Corps’ mission through funding and partnerships. General Position Summary The Temporary Deputy Director, Employee Engagement and Workplace Giving, will lead the employee engagement and workplace giving team and be responsible for managing and growing the workplace giving program to raise critical funding from employees of key corporate partners and prospects in close coordination with the senior leadership on the corporate partnerships team. The successful candidate will have direct experience in deploying employee engagement and corporate social responsibility strategies (from the corporate or nonprofit sectors), business development and relationship management experience, an understanding of industry trends in corporate social responsibility and workplace giving, and a successful fundraising track record.
