Context:

Operational in Indonesia for more than 40 years, IOM Indonesia is one of the largest IOM missions in the world working on a wide range of activities in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, civil society, private sector actors, migrants and communities. IOM Indonesia is engaged in several thematic areas, including:ย Counter-Trafficking (CT), Labour Mobility and Social Inclusion (LMSI), Disasters, Climate and Resilience (DCR), Immigration and Border Governance (IBG), Refugee Care, Migration Health, Migration Policy and Data Hub, and Resettlement and Voluntary Returns.
IOMโs DCR programme include in preparedness and prevention as well as in emergency response. For that IOM works alongside and contributes to strengthening the capacity of government partners and local and international counterpart including support to the national and local cluster system particularly the National Cluster on Displacement and Protection (Klasnas PP) including in supporting the Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) cluster where globally, IOM is one of the lead agencies.
Under direct supervisory of Programme Coordinator (MRU) and the overall responsibility of Chief of Mission, this position will support information management, monitoring evaluation and learning, accountability to affected populations across DCR operations.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
In coordination with the National Programme Officers of DCR and under the supervision of the Programme Coordinator, provide support in the implementation of project monitoring activities to support quality control and learning process;In close coordination with the DCR field team and relevant colleagues, prepare internal and external information products for reporting, donor liaison or public information purposes to enhance project visibility and disseminate information on progress and success;Support the Programme Coordinator and the DCR team with analysis of project performance to support learning processes around methodological, operational and training aspects;Provide basic administrative and technical contribution to project development initiatives as requested by the Programme Coordinator, particularly -but not exclusively- to incorporate information and learnings from field operations collected through M&E activities;In close coordination with the DCR field team, maintain and provide suggestions to improve internal reporting and information management systems to facilitate compliance with internal and donor requirements, as well as enhance project reporting and context analysis capacity in the unit;Support evidence generation and knowledge management for DCR areas of competency, including in coordination with external partners or other IOM units or offices;In a support function to the National Programme/Project Officers, maintain and strengthen government relations and partnership with relevant institutions;In coordination with the DCR field team and relevant colleagues, support Accountability to Affected Population by maintaining and evaluating the performance of the complaint and feedback mechanism;Provide administrative and logistical support as needed.Perform such other duties as may be assigned.EDUCATION
