โโSupport the implementation and monitoring of program and project activities related to social, economic, and sociocultural inclusion at the local and national levels, in line with the guidelines of the Department of Mobility and Inclusion Routes (DMI).ย โContribute to the collection, systematization, and consolidation of information on activities and results, preparing inputs for periodic reports, progress updates, and presentations.ย โProvide operational support in organizing meetings, workshops, training, community dialogues, and activities with the private sector.ย โMaintain updated project files and documentation, ensuring the orderly registration of reports, contacts, and minutes. โDraft simple correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.ย โParticipate in field visits and support the collection of on-site information, recording basic observations on activity implementation.ย โProvide support in the basic financial and budgetary monitoring of assigned activities, verifying fund availability and reporting any observations to the supervisor.ย โMaintain regular communication with local counterparts and community actors to support activity implementation. โContribute to activities related to private sector engagement in labor inclusion initiatives, fair employment, and regular migration pathways, when applicable.ย โPerform other technical and operational support functions as may be assigned within the framework of the Unitโs programs.โย Education
University degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, International Relations, Development, Migration, Human Rights, Administration, or related fields, with at least two (2) years of relevant professional experience; orย

โโPrevious experience in field operations, humanitarian programs, or projects related to migration, social, or labor inclusion.ย

โExperience in organizing workshops, training sessions, or community activities.ย
