- Provide general administrative and logistical for the implementation of project activities.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize information and data to assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
- Coordinate administrative processes for project implementation by liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to address issues, obtain clearances, and ensure smooth workflows.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including drafting agendas, managing logistics and drafting minutes.
- Respond to information requests and inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and timely information to the project team and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update project records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Perform such other relevant duties as may be assigned.

All duties and responsibilities will be carried out in strict adherence to IOM policies and guidelines, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.
Education- School diploma with four years of relevant experience; or,
- Bachelorโs degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution with two year of relevant professional experience. - Proven, minimum two years, experience in roles involving administrative, logistical, and project implementation tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations is preferrable;ย
- Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups is preferrable;ย
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage. Skills

- For this position, fluency in English is required (oral and written) and in one of the three official languages spoken in BiH. IOMโs official languages are English, French and Spanish.
