Your Role

As a Strategy Officer in the Office of the Chief People Officer, you will play a critical role in advancing the teamโ€™s strategic priorities and ensuring the division operates with clarity, alignment, and impact.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Strategy, Planning and Management (DDSPM) and working in close partnership with the Director SPM/Chief of Staff (DSPM/CoS), you will bridge strategy incubation and leadership advising to ensure the Chief People Officerโ€™s (CPO) time, engagements, and voice are aligned to enterprise priorities and drive meaningful impact.

This role requires sound judgment, strong analytical and communications skills, and the capability to lead all aspects of complex, cross-functional workstreams with discretion. You will manage and support strategy projects, lead the development of key deliverables for the CPO, and ensure travel and communications are strategically connected to the divisionโ€™s rhythm of business.
