Job Summaryย 

The SharePoint Analyst, APAC supports CRSโ€™ collaboration and knowledge management needs by maintaining and improving SharePoint Online environments and related Microsoft 365 tools. This role contributes to system administration, governance, user experience, and information architecture to ensure staff can easily find and share knowledge. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the Digital Workplace team and the M365 team to ensure CRS' SharePoint environments are secure, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Roles and Key Responsibilitiesย 

SharePoint & M365 Administration

Provide Tier III support for SharePoint Online issues escalated from the Service Desk, including permissions, page configuration, and navigation.Design and maintain SharePoint hub sites, document libraries, and metadata structures to enhance content discoverability and compliance.Review, test, and implement SharePoint features (e.g., lists, libraries, site templates) using out-of-the-box functionality, share configuration guidance with the Digital Workplace team.Coordinate with CRSโ€™ SharePoint vendor to support custom intranet web parts and megamenu features.Assist with support and configuration of Teams, Groups, and OneDrive related to SharePoint integration.Serve as backup for M365 administration requests as coordinated by the Analyst II.

Governance, Training & Support

Apply and monitor retention labels, sensitivity labels, and access policies across SharePoint content in alignment with business and security needs.Recommend updates to site lifecycle policies and support governance and usage tracking of SharePoint sites.Create and maintain SharePoint user documentation and training materials tailored to varying digital skill levels.Contribute to peer learning and training sessions within the MyCRS Site Owner Community of Practice.Participate in requirements gathering and support the rollout of new SharePoint features or updates.

Basic Qualificationsย ย 

Bachelorโ€™s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 yearsโ€™ experience in IT administration, with exposure to Microsoft 365 environments.Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).Willingness to learn and grow into areas such as Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Privileged Access Management through on-the-job training.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft 365 or SharePoint-related certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-900, SC-300).Masterโ€™s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilitiesย 

Proficiency with SharePoint Online, including site configuration, metadata management, and permissions.Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups.Understanding of information architecture, content governance, and digital collaboration best practices.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tier III SharePoint issues.Strong written communication skills for documentation and training.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Experience with user training, documentation, or peer learning facilitation.Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SharePoint usage reports) is a plus.

Required Languages:ย Fluency in English required.ย 

Travel:ย Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
