โข Top organizational subject matter expert on using the Microsoft 365 suite to achieve business goals.
โข Designs, develops, and maintains automated workflows using all Microsoft 365 apps, including, but not limited to, Power Apps and Power Automate, SharePoint and Teams, including Azure Active Directory Guest User Management.
โข Leads on organizational search experience improvements, Azure cognitive services translator integrations, and future-proofing our environment for Project Syntex, Cortex, and Microsoft Viva.
โข Provides guidance, expertise, and internal consulting services on all projects utilizing all Microsoft 365 apps, as well as execution, management, and administration of the solutions.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree or above in software engineering. Microsoft certifications 10+ yearsโ experience in systems engineering in a Microsoft environment. 5+ yearsโ experience in deploying and maintaining Microsoft 365 suite of applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps. 5+ years of experience creating and configuring business solutions in Microsoft 365 environments and Power Apps environments. 3+ years of experience writing and using PowerShell to administer Microsoft 365. 2+ Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint APIs, Azure AD Apps (including permissions), JSON, SPFx, B2B. Work independently on complex, non-routine tasks - under limited supervision. Able to gather user requirements and translate into technical solutions.
