- Monitor the implementation of the FRTF Project in Honduras in a timely manner, ensuring IOM procedures and guidelines are followed.
- Supervise project staff members (case management) undertaking case management activities and giving feedback to staff member on their performance on a regular basis to ensure high quality work and the accurate completion of case management activities.
- Ensure the timely execution of the workplan of FRTF project in Honduras.
- In coordination with the Project Manager- FRTF, organize coordinationย meetings with governments counterparts, US Embassy and implementing partners to guarantee the effective implementation of the activities of theย FRTF project inย Honduras
- Liaise with other units to ensure open communication and coordination, such as movement operations staff.
- Monitor the use of FRTF program budget in Honduras in coordination with the Resources Management Officer and Project Manager.
- Participate in the recruitment process and supervision of FRTF project staff.
- In coordination with Project Manager, elaborate quarterly and monthly narrative and financial reports as well a weekly and other request of information.
- Ensure a gender-bases and human rights approach in all operations.
Perform such other duties as may be assigned
School diploma with six years of relevant experience or, ย ย ย ย
Bachelor's degree in political or social scencies, internacional relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or related fields from an accredited academic institution with four years of relevant professional experience.
