The position Operations Assistant is assigned to the Pakistan Resident Mission (PRM) within the Central and West Asia Department (CWRD). You will be based at our Resident Mission in Islamabad, Pakistan.You will report to designated International Staff and Officer.
Your Role
As a Senior Operations Assistant, you will perform a full range of administrative responsibilities for the Country Director and International Staff to support PRM activities and operations. You will provide support in office operation and some project administration and portfolio management activities, and will perform a full range of administrative requirements, including standard activities as may be directed by the supervisor.
You will:
- Ensure that all correspondence and documents for supervisors are correctly typed, prepared and submitted on time in
compliance with ADB's standards.

This is a fixed term appointment with option to renew for an initial period of three (3) years following Section 3.1 (b) of Administrative Order No. 2.01 (โRecruitment and Appointmentโ). This appointment is not convertible to a regular appointment. It may be extended on an exceptional basis for a further fixed period at the option of ADB. This appointment is open to internal and external applicants.
This opening is a local staff position. It is open only to nationals and residents of Pakistan.
