FHI 360 is seeking a visionary public health expert for the role of Senior Director, Emerging Global Health Threats. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Strategic Growth, the Senior Director will launch FHI 360โ€™s new Center for Emerging Global Health Threats and serve as a senior advisor to the SVP, providing strategic guidance and addressing issues critical to the groupโ€™s success. The successful candidate will lead research analysis and evidence use to shape FHI 360โ€™s strategic vision, establish partnerships, and build a robust portfolio that addresses the worldโ€™s most pressing threats to health and well-being.

As a recognized thought leader, the Senior Director will leverage FHI 360โ€™s multisectoral portfolio to design integrated health solutions and enhance the impact of our research, programming, and advocacy efforts. The Senior Director will collaborate with program and technical experts across FHI 360 Global Operations to develop evidence-based approaches to complex challenges.

The selected candidate will spearhead the development of long-term resource mobilization and operational plans for the new Center and work closely with organizational leaders including the Chief Strategy and Evidence Officer and the Chief Impact Officer to identify priority growth areas, shape markets, and secure new business.

This position can be based in any country where FHI 360 has a registered office, and where the candidate has relevant work authorization.
