Collaborate with sector teams and with relevant partners in Indonesia to identify new business opportunities for sovereign operations. Collaborate with OMDP and PSOD and with relevant partners in Indonesia to promote the One-ADB approach to developing opportunities for sovereign and non-sovereign operations. Develop networks and strategic partnerships with government, private sector, academia, and civil society counterparts, and coordinate with them on ADB programs. Develop, process, and implement TA projects in Indonesia as assigned by the Country Director. Be the IRM focal point for climate change mitigation and adaptation and environmental sustainability and Blue SEA Finance Hub. Be the IRM focal point in coordinating and monitoring of knowledge activities in Indonesia in close collaboration with relevant departments, government partners, academia, and civil society. Build relationships with different partners including those in the private sector, to explore cofinancing opportunities. Facilitate coordination and cofinancing with these development partners. Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned and reflected in your workplan.

Qualifications

You will need:

Master's degree, or equivalent, in economics, public policy, development or other fields related to ADB operations. Alternatively, a university degree in economics, public policy development or other fields related to ADB operations and at least 5 years specialized experience relevant to the position can be considered. At least 10 years of relevant professional experience. Oral and written communication skills in English. Experience with multilateral development bank's procedures. International experience working in development in several countries. Relevant experience in Indonesia.
