In this newly created role, weโre on the search for an experienced and passionate administration professional to support our Leaving Violence Program (LVP) teams across Australia.

A place to make a difference:
In this part time (0.6 FTE, days flexible) permanent position, youโll provide effective and efficient day-to-day administrative support to our LVP teams based across Australia, Ideally, youโll be based in Melbourne, though other locations may be considered, and will report to the Service Manager LVP.
You will make a difference by:
Supporting HR processes and workforce management, including timesheets and rostering, for our LVP team Providing support for internal meetings, including diary management for senior teams, and development and distribution of team agendas and minutes Supporting staff with administrative and operational tasks (e.g. timesheets, system access, logging IT requests) and working with excel spreadsheetsA place to feel valued:
Youโre an adaptable all-rounder, with a proven background in administration or office management support and youโre willing and able to learn new systems. Your organisational skills alongside your attention to detail will support the efficient and effective running of the team. Youโre personable and friendly, and youโll easily build strong positive relationships with all stakeholders.
This role requires:
Strong computer literacy and data entry skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, excel proficiency and graphics) Exceptional customer service skills Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organisational skills Rapport building and relationship building abilities Experience as a rostering or payroll officer would be highly desirableA place to belong:
