The Recruitment Coordinator position is an integral part of CARE Canada's People and Culture team, based in Canada. This role will report directly to an HR Business Partner. As a Recruitment Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to HR Business Partners, as well as guide managers and hiring panels throughout the entire recruitment process at CARE Canada. This includes tasks such as reviewing and developing job descriptions, coordinating job evaluations, sourcing talented candidates, screening applicants, and ultimately facilitating the hiring of exceptional employees. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent to contribute to CARE Canada's mission and goals.

Because of the nature of the work, demands are fast-paced and unpredictable. To thrive in this job, you will need to be flexible and be willing to both lead and work as part of a close-knit team when needed.

WHAT YOU OFFER / ABOUT YOU

You have experience with full cycle recruitment You are able to make connections and develop relationships with stakeholders such as HR, managers, and candidates You are experienced in using tact and diplomacy while maintaining discretion when handling sensitive employee data You possess strong Excel skills and have experience with application functions like pivot tables and vlookup, etc You are a team player who excels in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. You have strong communications skills in French and English, written and oral at an intermediate or advanced level. This role is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs Program. Candidates must be between the ages of 15-30 years old as of the first day of employment and legally entitled to work in Canada.
