- Support administrative and operational activities of the Public and Private Sector Partnerships unit.
- Assist in maintaining databases of partners, contacts, and relevant information.
- Support the preparation of communication materials, reports, and institutional presentations.
- Facilitate workshops and training courses on durable solutions, as required.
- Hold meetings and interlocutions with private sector and governments with purpose to facilitating the implementation of multi-sectoral programming including shelter, protection, livelihood, and infrastructure interventions.
- Support the preparation, monitoring and analysis of general and specific aspects of project development and implementation.
- Administrative support - Identify and track follow-up actions; support travel, managing logistics, reporting, data collection and procurement actions as required.

- Academic BA in business administration, International Relations, Social Sciences, Social Services, Economics, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.ย Experience
- Experience with social and economic integration projects in partnership with government, civil society, UN, or private sector actors.
- Experience in dialogues with the private sector, including partnerships and continuous contact.
- Experience implementing and monitoring social and economic integration projects in partnership with government, civil society, UN and private sector actors.ย
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relations with relevant government counterparts, civil society, international organizations and private sector entities.ย
- Relevant field experience related to migration, refugees and stateless population.
- Experience in performing administrative tasks.
- Experience with project reporting.Skills
- Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.ย
- Familiarity with budget/financial administration; proven resource management skills.ย
- Experience with handling confidential data.
- Excellent academic writing skills.

REQUIRED
For this position, fluency in Portugues and Advanced English is required (oral and written).
DESIRABLE
Working knowledge in Spanish is an advantage.
