UNRWA in the West Bank is embarking into the implementation of a two-year project focused on Supporting Temporary Employment and Infrastructure Rehabilitation Programme (STEP), through the creating of some 6,000 short-term cash for work opportunities and the maintenance and rehabilitation of its installations, including schools and health clinics across the West Bank. The Incumbent: (i) Title of Supervisor: Project Manager (ii) Title of Supervisee/s: N/A ResponsibilitiesThe Incumbent: 1. Facilitates community sensitization meetings and training related to Temporary Employment Program (Temporary Employment Program) activities. 2. Work with community and other stakeholders to ensure the identification and selection of the most appropriate refugees into the TEP activities. 3. Conducts daily field monitoring visits to ensure beneficiary attendance records are fully completed. Receive beneficiaries feedback and timely address them. 4. Directly implement in the field the program activities in close collaboration with Assistant Project Officer and the Project manager. 5. Conducts field level assessments and data collections including beneficiariesโ satisfaction surveys and or post distribution monitoring . 6. Prepare and provide feedback on necessary documents to facilitate beneficiaryโs payments. Inform beneficiaries on any potential payment delays and necessary steps to address same. 7. Provide activities updates to the STEP project management team. 8.
