Job Overview:
The Program Partnerships, Resources & Referral Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships that benefit vulnerable populations served by IRC. The coordinator will develop relationships with external organizations to achieve strategic partnerships on anti-trafficking initiatives, community-oriented programs, government, community-based lead groups, and multi-task force initiatives. The coordinator will organize referral plans to meet individual client needs, leveraging a broad range of resources and partnerships across legal and social service programs. The coordinator will contribute to the development and understanding of available direct services plans and assist with navigating those resources. This position reports to the Mental Health Supervisor and will be part of a network of RAI US programs providing support and reception services to newly identified survivors of trafficking and other vulnerable populations. This is a limited, 6-month opportunity with the possibility of extension depending on funding.

Partnership and Community Outreach
Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with local, regional, and national organizations that align with IRCโs mission and client needs. This includes mental health, housing, and food security initiatives, among others, that focus on vulnerable communities. Lead IRC Atlantaโs efforts to collaborate with community leaders, government agencies, stakeholders, and coalitions to forge partnerships and joint initiatives that provide services and welcome vulnerable populations with dignity and compassion. Research and assess potential partners to verify their alignment with IRCโs missions and objectives. Build and sustain partnerships and communication channels with community organizations, service providers, local government agencies, and faith-based groups. Coordinate with local groups and coalitions to streamline, expand, and improve the quality of services and referrals for clients, maximize resources, ensure client support, and prevent duplication of efforts. Partner with others to co-create initiatives, workshops, and events that promote resource awareness, trauma-informed practices, and culturally sensitive services for vulnerable populations. Cooperate with other IRC offices working in community-oriented programs to share best practices and ensure adequate client follow-up when needed. Coordinate outreach to clients with colleagues in other departments to ensure the broadest possible range of eligible individuals are aware of services. Maintain communication with local and state coalitions that work with vulnerable populations and communities impacted by trafficking and other types of crime. Attend partner network meetings as needed and represent IRC at Atlanta gatherings and community events, including delivering presentations and orientations to community members, clients, and partners. Assist in coordinating in-kind donation drives with IRC staff and volunteer groups as needed. Collaborate across organizational teams within IRC to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders and external partners. Other duties as assigned.Direct Client Services
Offer resources and referrals to clients, both one-on-one and via group workshops. Conduct intake to identify clientsโ top needs and make referrals to appropriate local providers. Create questionnaires for walk-in clients to determine eligibility and gather a needs assessment. Gather, review, and secure documents for program enrollment. Submit internal requests and follow up for approval to assist clients and non-clients directly. Enable adequate communication tools to interact with clients when language may be a barrier. Follow up with partners to assess the effectiveness of referrals. Seek consultation with supervisors and/or Technical Unit colleagues to ensure quality program delivery, especially regarding referral and triage procedures for complex cases. Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to all other ethical standards and obligations. Collaborate with IRC Atlanta staff and other IRC offices across the U.S. to align anti-trafficking service approaches and share promising practices. Contribute to building the capacity of the Human Anti-Trafficking Program, including staff onboarding, resource development, and strengthening inter-agency collaboration. Review of eligibility guidelines. Manage, onboard, and supervise staff, interns, and volunteers as needed. Other duties as assigned.Grant Management & Reporting
Work with the Deputy Director, Resettlement Programs, IRC staff, and partner organizations to support accurate and timely completion of all programs reports as required by funders, headquarters, and other stakeholders. Record and track monthly and quarterly performance and document all clients work appropriately. Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelorโs degree in social work, migration studies, legal studies, or a related field preferred. Relevant work and lived experience may be substituted for academic credentials.
Work Experience:
Relevant professional experience in non-profit or social service organizations focused on immigrant or trafficking survivor rights is required; a minimum of 3 yearsโ experience is strongly preferred. Two years of experience managing or coordinating a project and/or providing critical operational support to a project or program is highly desired.Demonstrated Skills & Competencies:
Deep commitment to serving communities across immigration statuses who face multiple vulnerabilities, including survivors of trafficking. Demonstrated success working and communicating effectively across lines of difference with respect to race, gender, ethnicity, language, religion, and age. Lived experience as a refugee, immigrant, or trafficking survivor is highly desired; in lieu of lived experience, demonstrated experience working with these populations. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and ability to convey complex topics in accessible terms. Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, and networking skills. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills; ability to manage time and prioritize effectively. Ability to uphold strict confidentiality and safeguarding protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to use digital tools for case tracking, communication, and problem-solving. Valid driverโs license and access to a personal, insured vehicle**.**Working Environment:
A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and โfieldโ time within the service delivery area to perform the above outlined responsibilities. May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.Compensation: (Pay Range: $26.20-$28.00**)** Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
