DUTIES:ย
\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and other chefs in menu planning.
\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section.
\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Prepare work schedules and maintain accurate pastry section records.
\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Check the quality of materials and the condition of equipment.
\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Decorate pastries using various icings and toppings to create visually appealing products.
\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Understand guest preferences and make appropriate suggestions.
\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.
\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
O\u2019 level, Trade Test certificate in Hotel and Catering Management with a minimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
