ContextUN Women Jordan maintains a growing collection of published content including press releases, stories, and news articles that need to be organized for internal tracking and donor visibility. This assignment supports the development of a searchable, well-structured content database categorized by themes, publication date, and donor relevance. The system will improve internal coordination and external reporting on communication efforts. Skills Gained by the Volunteer: Experience in content organization and metadata tagging. Understanding of donor reporting and visibility requirements. Skills in data management and collaboration in multi-stakeholder projects. Insight into UN Womenโ€™s communications and storytelling workflows.

Task DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Head of Communications of UN Women Jordan, the 10 online volunteers will support the communication unit with: โ€ข Collecting all published stories and press materials from January 2024 to date. โ€ข Creating a structured content database (Excel Sheet) with titles, dates, links, themes and associated donors. โ€ข Tagging content by relevance to specific visibility audiences (e.g., donor countries, advocacy platforms). โ€ข Coordinating with the Visibility Amplification Volunteer to ensure alignment. Final deliverables: Each volunteer will organize & tag three contents
