Marketing & Mobilization (M&M) is a dynamic team that is tasked with building the IRCโs global profile and brand, growing private revenue from deeper donor engagement and partnerships, and influencing our target audiences. We are responsible for all of IRC's brand, communications, creative and content and digital engagement efforts.
Job Overview/Job Summary
The Global Partnership Communications team is part of the Marketing & Mobilization (M&M) department. The team supports and highlights the IRCโs high value donors and partnerships with the corporate and philanthropic sectors.
Working in collaboration with teams across the organization, this role supports the Associate Director to develop and draft external-facing communication with corporate and philanthropic partners to raise brand recognition, engage donor audiences, spotlight sector-leading solutions and innovations, facilitate fundraising through cause marketing and other campaigns, and meet donor visibility requirements.
This position works closely with the global Corporate and Foundations & Trusts partnerships teams to support forward-looking and purposeful communications strategies targeting key audiences and markets.

External: partner focal points, journalists, IRC Ambassadors and others.Job Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree or equivalent 5+ years in communications in the private or NGO sectors, especially working with philanthropic partners. Genuine passion about the IRCโs work and leading 360-degree communications activations. 5+ years in communications in the private or NGO sectors, especially working with philanthropic partners. Strong understating of media landscape and comfort with pitching stories and writing statements, quotes, etc. A generalist who thinks about communications across channels (video, digital, social, media, cause marketing and events) and is able to connect the dots! Experience with events and activations to build profile and visibility. Experience leading complex projects from start to finish. Experience handling external relationships, such as with customers, clients, media, or donors. Experience with cause marketing preferred. Experience working with high value donors preferred, bonus for experience working in the donor landscape in the US, UK, EU and other key markets for the IRC. Proven ability to adapt communications strategies across diverse cultural and international contexts. A planner and executer. Someone who has a consistent record of project management, taking initiative and driving implementation. Self-starter comfortable working with remote, global teams and in ambiguity.Working Environment:

Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to U.S.-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
Uk Pay Range: ยฃ45K - ยฃ52K Atlanta, GA Pay Range: $65K - $69K Denver, CO Pay Range: $65K - $69KWe offer a comprehensive and highly competitive set of benefits.
