The USP Office of the President (OOP) aims to amplify US programsโ€™ impact by aligning and delivering cross-team strategic and operational resources and insights as well as leading cross-cutting programmatic portfolios while fostering a high integrity culture.

Our mission is to:
Ensure optimal impact of division programs and operations, and high standards of stewardship through performance management and the strategic allocation of resources.

Deliver division-wide supports to program teams to bolster capacity and drive the implementation and associated change management of programmatic and operational initiatives.

Partner with program teams to ensure alignment of strategic priorities and actively establish understanding of USP progress and learning across USP and foundation leadership.

Your Role

The Officer, Business Process Management facilitates and supports cross-cutting operational and programmatic priorities for the US Programโ€™s DEI-related initiatives, USP Learning, and the programmatic portfolios managed by OOP, and may include others over time. This role is responsible for supporting program design, development of content, project management, partner management, communications, and execution of a wide range of strategy and operational processes across multiple audiences, initiatives, and portfolios.

This position is a limited-term position for 9 months. Relocation will not be provided.
