  1. Support the implementation of IOM Solomon Islandsโ€™ programming on migration management, including interventions related to protection, border management, and labour mobility and social inclusion. This includes a portfolio of projects funded by the IOM Development Fund and other donors.
  2. Support liaison with project counterparts at the national, provincial and community levels, and attend meetings, workshops and other events, as requested by supervisor.
  3. Support the delivery and monitoring of project activities, including capacity building, research and primary data collection.
  4. Support liaison with project consultants, in coordination with supervisor, to provide programmatic guidance and advice.ย 
  5. Support the timely submission of project reports according to IOM procedures and donor requirements, by preparing regular updates, programme summaries, briefings and other relevant informational materials and statistics, according to specific project needs.
  6. In compliance with project visibility guidelines, support the production and dissemination of communication materials to document project activities, achievements and impacts.
  7. Contribute to the development of concept notes and project proposals in response to needs identified by national and local counterparts.
  8. Contribute to the collection and sharing of relevant information/data on protection, border management, and labour mobility and social inclusion, for dissemination to colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
  9. Support efforts to ensure compliance with IOMโ€™s Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) polices at CO level and with IOMโ€™s implementing partners in Solomon Islands.
  10. Support the strengthening the gender mainstreaming and social inclusion across IOM Solomon Islandsโ€™ programming portfolio.
  11. Undertake duty travel related to programming, monitoring, and liaison with counterparts, as required.
