The Learning Designer will play a pivotal role in transforming UNDP Nigeria into a dynamic learning organization by consolidating insights from youth-led entrepreneurship programmes, monitoring key performance metrics, and translating programmatic experiences into data-driven, evidence-based knowledge. This role will ensure continuous improvement through the coordination of periodic reports, synthesis of lessons learned, and promotion of a learning culture across teams. By effectively documenting and disseminating outcomes, the Learning Designer will strengthen stakeholder engagement and alignment, ensuring UNDPโs activities remain transparent, responsive, and impactful in driving sustainable and inclusive development in Nigeria.

Project: Young Africa Innovates Programme The National Individual Consultant: Learning Designer will perform the responsibilities as detailed in the Terms of Reference.
