Description of the Assignment:

Climate finance is crucial for addressing climate change and promoting sustainable development. This project aims to create a resource that provides detailed insights into climate finance, including sources of funding, access mechanisms, and successful case studies. The Climate Finance Book will serve as a valuable tool for government entities, private sector stakeholders, and civil society organizations.

Scope of Work

The Climate Finance Book will cover the following key areas:

· Overview of climate finance and its importance.

· Sources of climate finance (public, private, international).

· Mechanisms for accessing climate finance.

· Case studies and best practices.

· Policy frameworks and enabling environments.

· Challenges and opportunities in climate finance.

· Provide recommendations to the relevant stakeholders

· Conduct research and gather relevant data and information.

· Engage with climate finance experts for insights and contributions.

· Develop content for each chapter based on the key areas outlined above.

· Review and edit content to ensure accuracy and coherence.

· Design and format the book for publication.

· Disseminate the book to relevant stakeholders and promote its use.

Final Deliverable:

1- A comprehensive Climate Finance Book (in both digital and print formats).

2- A summary report highlighting key findings and recommendations.

3- Promotional materials for dissemination.

Period of assignment/services: 35 working days.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
