Where you come in:

In this role, you will assist in improving information management and data quality and help strengthen knowledge sharing and learning across Save the Childrenโ€™s programs.

As a Program Development and Quality (PDQ) team member, you will report to the MEAL Manager to support MEAL systems across development and humanitarian programs in line with Save the Children and donorsโ€™ policies and practices.

You will make an impact by:

Monitoring & Evaluation

Support MEAL systems across programs. Assist in data collection, organization, and quality checks. Contribute to program evaluations and assessments. Help analyze data to track progress and inform decisions. Facilitate child participation in planning activities.

Accountability

Support the implementation of the community feedback mechanism. Promote accountability practices within program teams. Assist in reporting and organizing feedback data. Ensure feedback is used for program improvements.

Learning & Development

Collaborate on MEAL activities across field sites. Seek learning opportunities and apply new skills. Support knowledge sharing and documentation of best practices.

Health, Safety & Child Safeguarding

Follow safety guidelines and report risks or incidents. Promote a child-safe environment and uphold safeguarding policies. Act in childrenโ€™s best interests and maintain professional boundaries. ยทReport any concerns regarding child safety through proper channels.
