Ce poste est ร pourvoir au sein de lโunitรฉ Programme du bureau de terrain du PAM, ร Guรฉckรฉdou. Le/la titulaire relรจvera directement de lโAdjoint aux programmes ou de la personne dรฉsignรฉe.
Objectif Recherchรฉ :
Assurer des activitรฉs de suivi dans la zone d'intervention considรฉrรฉe et communiquer des rapports pour aider ร mener des programmes d'assistance de maniรจre efficace.
Description des Taches :
PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITรS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):
- Vรฉrifier les mouvements et les distributions planifiรฉs d'articles alimentaires ou non alimentaires et communiquer les problรจmes ou les รฉcarts au ou ร la responsable hiรฉrarchique, afin de trouver une solution rapidement et de s'assurer que la quantitรฉ distribuรฉe et les opรฉrations de distribution sont conformes aux normes du PAM.
- Gรฉrer les fichiers d'information et les documents relatifs au plan de suivi, comme les enregistrements des mouvements des produits et les listes de vรฉrification concernant les programmes, afin d'aider ร livrer et ร distribuer les articles alimentaires et non alimentaires de maniรจre efficace.
- Regrouper les donnรฉes relatives aux programmes d'assistance conformรฉment aux orientations claires qui ont รฉtรฉ donnรฉes, afin de faciliter l'examen des programmes et la prise de dรฉcisions en connaissance de cause.
- Assurer la liaison avec les partenaires coopรฉrants et les collรจgues afin d'obtenir des informations en retour et des observations susceptibles d'รชtre utilisรฉes pour faciliter l'examen des programmes et amรฉliorer les services.
- Recevoir et regrouper les observations et les informations en retour communiquรฉes par les partenaires coopรฉrants et les bรฉnรฉficiaires, afin de dรฉtecter des problรจmes รฉventuels et de favoriser la conduite d'opรฉrations efficientes.
- Donner aux partenaires coopรฉrants des orientations sur les pratiques opรฉrationnelles ainsi que sur les outils et les mรฉthodes de suivi du PAM pour les aider ร effectuer des tรขches d'autosurveillance et contribuer ร rendre le PAM visible dans les zones d'intervention.
- รtablir des rapports de mission pour dรฉcrire la mise en ลuvre des programmes.
- Appliquer les processus et les procรฉdures qui ont รฉtรฉ dรฉfinis pour la fourniture de l'assistance alimentaire d'urgence.
Qualifications :
ยท Achรจvement des รฉtudes secondaires. Un certificat d'รฉtudes post-secondaires en Sciences Sociales, Statistiques, Economie ou Etudes de Dรฉveloppement.
Expรฉrience Souhaitรฉe :
- Au moins cinq ans d'expรฉrience de travail continu dont au moins trois dans l'analyse des donnรฉes sur les produits et les effets directs, le suivi des projets, le traitement, la conception et la prรฉsentation des donnรฉes statistiques.
- Connaissance gรฉnรฉrale des systรจmes et des normes du PAM en matiรจre de suivi et d'รฉvaluation.
- Programme/projets de dรฉveloppement communautaire, nutrition, cantines scolaires, achats locaux ou transfert monรฉtaire.
- Maitrise de lโinformatique (Word, Excel, Internet, Logiciels comptables) ;
- Bonnes capacitรฉs de communication et dโhabilitรฉ ร prรฉsenter clairement des mรฉthodologies.
Langues : Maรฎtrise du Franรงais (oral et รฉcrit). Niveau intermรฉdiaire en Anglais et connaissance des langues locales seraient un atout.
