Functional Setting:
The MRC Coordinator will work under the projects, โAwareness Raising and Information Campaigns on the Risks of Irregular Migration in Pakistan\" and โImproving Migration Management & Migrant Protection in selected Silk Routes and Central Asian countries\". The objectives of the projects are to: Improve migration management and migrant protection covering all phases of emigration and immigration in the target countries; Enhance awareness on the risks of irregular migration and facilitate the protection of migrants; Support informed migration decision-making at the individual, family and community level, including pre-departure preparation, migration and residence/work abroad, voluntary return and sustainable reintegration.
S/he will work under the supervision of the Project Manager for the Migrant Resource Centres in Pakistan based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The position will be based in Lahore.

Capability to establish effective relationships with stakeholders, and successfully build strategic networks and partnerships.
Position-Specific Qualifications and Language Skills:
Fluency in speaking Punjabi is an asset.โ
