Manager ? Security Services
ICRISAT is seeking applications from dynamic Indian Nationals for the position of Manager ? Security Services, to be hired in Corporate Services.ย This position will report directly to the Deputy Director General ? Corporate Services and will be based at the Headquarters in Patancheru, Telangana.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As Security Manager, your responsibilities include developing and implementing security protocols, procedures, and policies. The Security Manager?s responsibilities also include planning and coordinating security operations in coordination with the other members of the security team.ย
Implementing and developing security procedures, protocols, and policies.
Planning and coordinating various security operations for the organization?s functions.
Monitoring security expenses as well as controlling budgets for all the security operations.
Hiring, training, and overseeing security guards and security officers.
Creating security reports for the management on organization?s current security status.
Attending meetings with Managers to determine operations requirements.ย
Coordinating with the security staff while responding to alarms and emergency situations.
Collaborating with the Admin and other teams
Requirement:
Masters degree in Security Administration or any other field with atleast 15 years of relevant experienceย
Personnel from Armed Forces preferred for this position
Proven experience as a Security Head, Security Manager, or a similar role in their current / past role
Thorough knowledge and experience in emergency management and security planning
Exceptional knowledge of security standards and procedures
Team player with ability to interact with an inter-disciplinary, multicultural support environment.
Basic computer skills in MS Office package
Good written and oral communication is mandatory and knowledge of any other Indian language like Telugu will be an added advantage

ย This is a contractual role for a period of 36 months (3 years).
