Position Title: Manager, Fundraising Campaigns and Special Initiatives

Position Classification: Regular; Exempt; Full-Time; 40 hours/Week

Reports To: Managing Director, Resource Generation Strategy

Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options.

Please note that we do not sponsor U.S. work authorization for this role. Candidates must be able to legally work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Position Overview:

The Manager, Fundraising Campaigns and Special Initiatives plays a critical role in advancing Partners In Healthโ€™s (PIH) fundraising objectives by managing high-level donor campaigns and fundraising initiatives, managing systems and processes for resource generation across PIH, and supporting strategic projects across the Resource Generation Branch. This role works closely with frontline fundraisers, programs and finance staff, and senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives that align with PIHโ€™s organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and planning skills, experience in restricted fundraising or campaign management, and comfort in data tracking and analysis.
