Sous la responsabilitรฉ du Program Influence & Impact Area Manager (PIIAM) Centre-Nord / Kaya et en รฉtroite collaboration avec les Spรฉcialistes/conseillers sectoriels de Plan International, de lโ€™รฉquipe du projet et lโ€™ensemble des parties prenantes (partenaires, bรฉnรฉficiaires, donateurs, etc.) ainsi que les diffรฉrents dรฉpartements de Plan International (siรจge et bureaux terrain), il/elle sโ€™assure de la rรฉalisation des tรขches suivantes :

Assurer la coordination de la mise en ล“uvre du projet ; Assurer lโ€™accompagnement technique et administratif du partenaire de mise en ล“uvre ; Tenir les dossiers du projet conformรฉment aux procรฉdures de Plan international, les exigences du bailleur et les mettre rรฉguliรจrement ร  jour ; Assurer / coordonner le renforcement des capacitรฉs de lโ€™รฉquipe du projet ainsi que des diffรฉrents acteurs en particulier le partenaire de mise en ล“uvre ; Superviser/suivre/รฉvaluer rรฉguliรจrement la mise en ล“uvre des activitรฉs du projet et assurer la rรฉdaction des rapports ; Soumettre des rapports techniques (narratif et financier) de qualitรฉ et ร  temps conformรฉment au calendrier de rapportage du projet ; Assurer lโ€™รฉlaboration et la mise ร  jour du projet dans les diffรฉrentes plateformes (SAP, PMERLโ€ฆ) de Plan International ; Assurer le suivi de lโ€™audit et de lโ€™รฉvaluation du projet Gรฉrer les risques liรฉs ร  la conformitรฉ statutaire et ร  la conformitรฉ des donateurs, ainsi qu'ร  la protection des enfants et des jeunes lors de la mise en ล“uvre du projet ; il/elle prend des positions proactives pour identifier ces risques en travaillant avec les รฉquipes d'exรฉcution des partenaires.

Location: Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso

Type of Role: Local Fixed-term contract (one-year renewable depending on performance and budget availability)

Reports to: Disaster & Risk Manager
