The INCB Secretariat will employ a contractor to format over hundred webpages on incb.org, with an upgraded WYSIWYG content management system (CMS), for which no coding expertise is required. This contractorโs work will aid in revamping the current website incb.org into a more visually compelling website that is both in line with the visual identity of the United Nations system but also highlights the sui-generis status of the International Narcotics Board (INCB), and the sections and programs of its secretariat. 2. On key webpages of the new website, the contractor is expected to reorganize the information, to significantly visually redesign its appearance, and to report abnormalities, both in terms of consistency of content and of functionality of the page.
