Duty station: Yerevan, Armenia (Home-Based with occasional office visits)
Description of the Assignment: The main objective of this assignment is to assess the implementation progress of the Armenian Centre for Humanitarian Demining and Expertise (CHDE) Mine Action Strategy (2023โ2027) and its Action Plan, based on documented evidence and stakeholder input. The consultant will review and analyze the implementation status of planned activities to identify those completed, ongoing, or delayed; evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of the implemented actions in achieving the Strategyโs objectives and targets; and identify key challenges, constraints, and factors that have influenced implementation progress. The review will provide practical recommendations to enhance implementation and inform CHDEโs mid-term assessment and future planning.
