The ICT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization\u2019s IT infrastructure, ensuring that technology is effectively utilized to support humanitarian operations. This role includes designing, implementing, and maintaining ICT systems to enhance operational efficiency, data security, and communication across field offices. Additionally, the ICT Manager is tasked with training staff on ICT tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with global and regional ICT teams to implement best practices. The manager will also play a crucial role in developing digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving program delivery and operational effectiveness in humanitarian settings.

The ICT Manager will lead the development and execution of IT strategies aligned with ACF\u2019s mission, ensuring that digital tools and solutions effectively support emergency response, program management, and field operations. She/she provides technical support, manage IT assets, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols.

Engagement:
The ICT Manager collaborates closely with internal departments, field teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless communications. This role requires regular coordination with program, finance, and technical teams to align ICT activities with ACF\u2019s mission objectives. Additionally, the position involves engagement with external stakeholders, including donors, regulatory bodies, and service providers, to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective resource management

\u00b7ย ย ย ย ย ย While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for long periods and to concentrate on work, including typing, and turn out heavy volumes of work accurately, within short time frames under stressful situations in the context of a moderately noisy office with many interruptions. Must be able to proofread own work accurately so that only minor corrections are needed on an infrequent basis.

Requirements
