About the Role
This internship offers a solid introduction to how organizations manage and monitor operational risks. The intern will collaborate closely with the team and assist with a variety of tasks that support the departmentโ€™s day to day activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assit with review, update, and assessment of key processes and controls, including narratives, flowcharts, and risk assessment matrices. Assist with maintaining accurate and up to date process documentation. Contribute to data collection for risk related activities. Provide support on additional tasks as they arise, including assignments delegated by the Director.

Applicants should:

Be students or hold a degree, preferably in risk management or audit. Have an excellent command of English (spoken/reading/writing skills). Language of BSTDB member countries will be considered an advantage. Have an intermediate command of Microsoft Excel. Foundational understanding of risk management and audit principles. Be able to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently and deliver results to meet tight deadlines. Be able to function in an environment of diverse nationalities and working styles.
