We are seeking dynamic, innovative, self-motivated, and service-oriented professional for the position of Training Coordinator.
The position will be based in: Jabalpur, India.
The main responsibilities of this position will be:
Design and develop organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Designing and organizing training modules for researchers, extension workers, farmers, students, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with experts and resource persons to develop training content and materials. Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records. Monitor and evaluate the progress of the training programs. Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation. Coordinating with national and international experts to enhance program effectiveness. Ensuring alignment with BISA\u2019s goals and objectives in the capacity development program mandate. Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts and manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training. Perform any other support activities required in BISA according to the supervisor's instructions.Requirements
M.Sc. in Agriculture, specialization in Agronomy/Soil Science/Agril. Extension or related field. At least 2 years of demonstrated practical experience in capacity-building program coordination, field-based research, and extension. Good leadership quality, ability to develop partnership network, and capability to convince researchers and policymakers to show impact and visibility of an institution through capacity development and stakeholder engagement programs. Excellent communication and team-building skills with good liaising in the national system and local government. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preference will be given to those having experience in organizing capacity-building programs in international organizationsBenefits
