Country: Serbia

Description of the Assignment: To support the Development Agency of Serbia (DAS) and the FDI Unit in restructuring the legal and incentive framework for foreign direct investment in Serbia, by aligning it with best international practices that promote sustainable, high value-added, and advanced manufacturing investments with significant local content. To identify legal, regulatory, and policy barriers that enable short-term or low-value investments, and to design amendments to Serbiaโ€™s incentive schemes and investment legislation that support the attraction and retention of long-term, transformative FDI.Period of assignment/services: June 2025 - December 2025
